Wanted Dead or a Wild at Rainbet Canada: 96.38% RTP, VS Multipliers & Bonus Features

Dark Western Aesthetic, 5x5 Grid & 15 Fixed Paylines

Wanted Dead or a Wild immerses Canadian players in an uncompromising, sun-bleached frontier wasteland filled with barbed wire, liquor bottles, bandit bandanas, and revolver cylinders. Developed by Hacksaw Gaming, the game is configured on a 5-reel, 5-row matrix with 15 fixed paylines paying from left to right.

Wagers range from $0.20 CAD up to $100 CAD per spin. Acoustic slide guitars and ominous whistle cues build suspense during base spins, exploding into gunshot sound effects whenever expanding VS wild symbols land.

The mathematical model is engineered for extreme volatility (5/5), pairing dry base-game runs with some of the most explosive bonus round potential in the entire iGaming industry.

VS Symbols Mechanics: Expanding Wild Multipliers up to 100x

The hallmark mechanic of Wanted Dead or a Wild is the VS symbol. When a VS symbol lands and can form part of a winning combination, it expands vertically to cover the entire 5-row reel.

Two outlaws duel with revolvers, displaying two random multipliers ranging from 2x up to 100x (including 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x, 10x, 15x, 20x, 25x, 50x, or 100x). The surviving outlaw's multiplier applies to the entire expanded wild reel. If multiple VS reels participate in the same winning payline, their multiplier values sum together before multiplying your line win.

For example, let's assume you place a $1.00 CAD spin and land VS symbols on reels 2 and 4. The duel awards 25x on reel 2 and 10x on reel 4. Together, they combine into a 35x multiplier (25x + 10x). If a 5-of-a-kind line crosses both reels, the payout multiplies by 35x, delivering an instant jackpot-tier payout from a single spin.

Duel at Dawn Bonus: High Frequency VS Showdowns

Landing 3 crossed-pistols Duel Scatters triggers the Duel at Dawn bonus with 10 Free Spins. In this feature, the frequency of VS symbols is dramatically amplified.

It is common to see 2, 3, or even 4 VS symbols landing simultaneously across adjacent reels, resulting in massive full-screen wild combinations with multiple compound multipliers. This bonus represents the purest path to the slot's 10,000x maximum win cap.

Dead Man's Hand: Collecting Wilds and Multipliers for the Final Showdown

Landing 3 skull Dead Scatters unlocks the Dead Man's Hand bonus, which plays in two distinct stages. The first stage is a re-spin collection phase where you start with 3 lives, resetting every time you collect a gold Wild badge or green Multiplier symbol.

Once you encounter three consecutive blank spins, the Showdown phase begins. You receive 3 Showdown Spins where the total number of collected wilds (up to 20) are randomly placed across the reels on every single spin, multiplied by the cumulative multiplier value accrued during stage one. This feature provides massive consistency when large quantities of wilds are secured.

The Great Train Robbery: Sticky Wilds for Consistent Payouts

Landing 3 safe Train Scatters awards The Great Train Robbery feature, granting 10 Free Spins. In this bonus round, all Wild symbols that land become permanently sticky for the remainder of the round.

While VS multipliers do not appear in this feature, filling the grid with sticky wilds early guarantees generous line hits on every subsequent spin, making it the lowest-volatility bonus option in the game.
