Sugar Rush at Rainbet Canada: 96.50% RTP, 7x7 Cluster Pays & Multiplier Spots

7x7 Grid Architecture & Cluster Pays Matching Mechanics

Sugar Rush unfolds across an oversized 7-reel, 7-row game grid packed with colourful jelly bears, star candies, hearts, and gumdrops. Payouts form when 5 or more identical symbols connect horizontally or vertically anywhere within the 49-tile matrix.

Canadian players can bet from $0.20 CAD up to $100 CAD per spin, accompanied by upbeat synth-pop melodies and cheerful candy crunching sound effects. Unlike standard slots where each win ends the round, Sugar Rush initiates a tumble sequence immediately upon paying out.

The high-volatility engine is engineered around position memory: the longer a tumble run persists on the same grid tiles, the higher the multipliers grow.

Multiplier Spots Feature: Doubling Grid Positions up to 128x

The core innovation of Sugar Rush is the Multiplier Spots mechanic. When a winning candy cluster explodes, it leaves a glowing candy wrapper mark on every grid position it occupied.

If a new winning cluster forms over that same marked spot during the subsequent tumble, a 2x multiplier attaches to that tile. Every additional winning tumble occurring on that exact spot doubles its multiplier: 2x becomes 4x, then 8x, 16x, 32x, 64x, up to a maximum cap of 128x. When a winning cluster covers multiple multiplier spots, their values add together before multiplying the cluster payout.

Free Spins Bonus: Sticky Multiplier Spots Across All Rounds

Landing 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7 Gumball Rocket Scatters awards 10, 12, 15, 20, or 30 Free Spins respectively. In the base game, multiplier spots reset once a tumble cascade ends; during Free Spins, however, all marked spots and their accrued multiplier values remain permanently sticky.

This means spots built up in early free spins continue doubling throughout the entire bonus round, transforming central grid tiles into high-multiplier clusters that can deliver 500x to 1,500x payouts even on modest gummy bear hits. Re-triggers are supported: landing 3+ scatters adds extra free spins without limit.

For example, let's assume you wager $1.00 CAD in free spins. By spin 6, two adjacent tiles in the center carry 32x and 64x multipliers. On spin 8, an 8-symbol Pink Sweet cluster lands across both spots (paying $3.00 CAD base). The multipliers add together (32x + 64x = 96x), yielding an immediate single-spin payout of $288 CAD ($3.00 × 96x).

Volatility Profiling, 96.50% RTP & 5,000x Maximum Win Cap

Pragmatic Play rates Sugar Rush at 5/5 maximum volatility. This distribution requires patience, as base game spins frequently produce small 0.5x to 2x cluster hits that fail to cover the initial bet.

However, the 96.50% certified RTP at Rainbet provides equitable long-term returns. Approximately 60% of total game RTP is weighted toward the free spins feature, where sticky spots compound rapidly. The maximum payout is capped at 5,000x your base stake, terminating the bonus round and paying out immediately if reached.

Feature Buy Math: 100x Direct Purchase Considerations

Players at Rainbet can bypass base game spins by using the direct Feature Buy option for 100x their base stake ($100 CAD on a $1.00 CAD wager). This immediately guarantees 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7 scatters on the subsequent spin.

While convenient, Canadian players should recognize that bonus buys in high-volatility cluster games carry high variance: some bonus rounds return under 20x your purchase cost, while others generate 1,000x+ returns. Never risk more than 3% to 5% of your total casino capital on a single bonus buy.
